Tumbling is a major component of Cheerleading, and we offer recreational (non committment based) tumbling classes during the week and on weekends for those who wish to learn the skills without the committment to competitions.

Our tumbling classes differ to gymnastics classes and are purely focussed on strength, conditioning and tumbling skills. At a beginner's level, we teach safe progressions for: forwards and backwards rolls, forward and backwards walkovers and walkover variations, cartwheels and roundoffs and linking these skills to back handsprings, tucks and layouts. Our tumble coaches are well skilled, experienced and knowledgeable and our fundamental aim is for progress for all. Waiting is minimised in classes: everyone is always actively working.

Maybe you are from a gymnastics background and you want to develop your skills further? We teach a progressive curriculum from forward rolls up to double twisting layouts, so whatever your background, we tailor our classes to all abilities
