Who Is Adult Cheer For?

Our adult programme is for everyone, including:

• Former cheerleaders or gymnasts looking to return

• Adults with no previous experience just seeking fun and fitness

You can choose to train just for fun, or join our Masters team, which competes once a year.

What You’ll Learn

Our adult cheerleading sessions are flexible and inclusive. You’ll develop:

• Basic stunts, jumps and cheer motions
• Light tumbling and flexibility training
• Team routines and choreography (optional for competition)
• Strength, coordination, and cardio fitness
• Social confidence and team spirit
